Located at 105 Legacy Dr, Plano, TX 75023, No.1 Noodles operates as a restaurant serving Plano in Texas. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
This group covers the non-Asian restaurants, cafes, bars and food businesses that also appear in a mixed-cuisine food scene, including American diners, pizza, Mexican food, burgers, steakhouses and bakeries. Standard US restaurant norms apply: lunch and dinner service with a quieter stretch between, cards and tap-to-pay accepted almost everywhere, and a tip of 15-20% customary for table service. Fast food and quick-service counters expect payment up front and tipping is optional. Bars check ID for anyone who looks under 30, and the drinking age is 21 nationwide. Many restaurants in this group take reservations online through third-party platforms, while casual and fast-food spots are walk-in only. Sales tax is added at the register on top of the menu price and varies by city and state, so the final total is usually a few percent higher than the posted prices suggest.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. The most common schedule is 11 amβ3 pm. Note that it does not open on Wednesday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. Plano is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Plano follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Just curious how this place got a 4.8/5 with 1000+ reviews. Guess the manager got his marketing skills. The food is either too salty or too sweet, the deep fried stuff is one of worst (if not the worst) quality around this area. No flavor, low ingredients quality, over sauced. 0 out of 200. Man, itβs just not good, at all.

There are only 4 tables including ours that are being used . It would be crowded if there more people dining in. Foods are delicious fair pricing and it was quick. Thank goodness I was so hungryServers are attentive. Overall,, I like it , we will come back again. This is our first time but not the last .

We decided to try this place because their Google reviews were so high, but now I know why. Unfortunately, they offer a free dessert if you leave a 5-star review, which definitely explains the inflated rating. As for the food, itβs a mixed bag. We actually loved their house special rice noodles! They were very flavorful, and we would definitely order them next time. However, the beef noodle soup tasted like it had an artificial brothβit tasted a bit too much like instant noodle soup. It might be worth a one-time try just for the rice noodles, but be skeptical of the high rating."

βIf you're looking for legitimate hand-pulled noodles and flavorful skewers, this place is a must visit. The space is super clean, bright, and modern, which makes for a great atmosphere whether youβre grabbing a quick lunch or hanging out with friends. βWhat we tried: βBraised Beef Noodle Soup: The star of the show. The beef was incredibly tender, and the broth had that deep, rich marrow flavor you only get from hours of simmering. The noodles had the perfect "chew." βThe Skewers: We tried a variety of the BBQ skewers. They were seasoned perfectly with that signature cumin and chili kick charred just right. βSides: Don't sleep on the appetizers as everything tasted fresh and authentic. βThe Experience: Ordering was seamless via the QR code at the table, and the food came out hot and fast. The portions are generous, especially for the price. Definitely adding this to my regular rotation for comfort food in Plano! βTip: Go hungry, because youβre going to want to try a little bit of everything on the menu.

First time there. Food was very good. Noodles tested very QQ. Taste homemade. Popcorn chicken was very tasty. Chilled cucumber was very crunchy and had good flavor. The skewers were very tasty, not overly season with cumin. We'll definitely come back. Two a person working the front, did very well on a busy night.
